When to call

Either during working hours or out-of-hours, the fastest way to report an emergency to the Global IT Team is to call the number below.

Whenever possible, send an email to the support address too, with a summary of the issue.

How to call

For Platform and Casino issues, use the Global IT number: +44 1865 538 385

For issues local to SA offices, use the Blueion team number: +27 108 262 401

Call options/routing

The Global IT Team call system will ask you to choose a reason for the call, this helps the team receiving the call prioritise and escalate the call. The option/route number can be pressed as soon as the call connects, you don't need to wait to hear the options.

The Blueion number will route directly to a Blueion IT team member.
